Minara uygulamasina hos geldiniz ("Uygulama", "Servis", "biz", "bizim"). Bu Kullanim Kosullari, uygulamayi kullaniminizi duzenler ve sizinle aramizdaki yasal sozlesmeyi olusturur.
Uygulamayi kullanarak bu kosullari kabul etmis olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsaniz, lutfen uygulamayi kullanmayin.
2. Tanimlar
- Uygulama: iOS ve Android platformlarinda sunulan Minara mobil uygulamasi
- Kullanici/Siz: Uygulamayi kullanan birey
- Hesap: Uygulamaya giris yapmak icin olusturulan kullanici profili
- Icerik: Ayet, dua, hadis gibi dini icerikler ve kullanici tarafindan olusturulan veriler
- Servis: Uygulamanin sundugu tum ozellikler ve islevler
3. Uygunluk ve Yas Siniri
- Uygulamayi kullanmak icin en az 13 yasinda olmalisiniz
- 13-18 yas arasi kullanicilar ebeveyn izni ile kullanabilir
- 18 yas ustu kullanicilar tam erisime sahiptir
- Yas sinirini ihlal ettiginizi tespit edersek hesabiniz kapatilabilir
4. Hesap Olusturma ve Guvenlik
4.1. Hesap Kaydi
- Apple Sign In, Google Sign In veya telefon numarasi ile kayit olabilirsiniz
- Dogru ve guncel bilgiler saglamalisiniz
- Her kullanici yalnizca bir hesap olusturabilir
- Sahte kimlik veya baskasinin bilgileriyle kayit yapamazsiniz
4.2. Guvenlik Sorumluluklari
- Siz sorumlusunuz: Hesap guvenligi sizin sorumlulugunuzdadir
- Supheli aktivite fark ederseniz derhal bize bildirin
- Hesabinizi baskalariyla paylasmatin
- Cihazinizdan cikis yapmayi unutmayin (ozellikle ortak cihazlarda)
4.3. Hesap Askiya Alma/Kapatma
Asagidaki durumlarda hesabinizi askiya alabilir veya kalici olarak kapatabiliriz:

- Yasadisi aktiviteler
- Diger kullanicilara zarar verici davranislar
- Uygulamanin istikrarini tehdit eden eylemler

- Hacking: Guvenlik onlemlerini asmaya calismak
- Nefret soylemi: Ayrimcilik, hakaret veya tehdit iceren davranislar
- Sahte hesap: Birden fazla hesap veya bot hesap olusturmak
- Ticari amac: Uygulamayi izinsiz ticari amacla kullanmak
Ihlal durumunda hesabiniz uyarisiz kapatilabilir.
6. Fikri Mulkiyet Haklari

- Uygulama tasarimi, logo, kod, arayuz bize aittir
- Kullanici arayuzu, renkler, yazi tipleri telif hakki ile korunur
- Lisans: Size kisisel, ticari olmayan, devredilemez bir kullanim hakki taniiriz
6.2. Ucuncu Taraf Icerikler
- Hadis ve Aciklamalari: Uygulamada yer alan hadis metinleri ve tematik aciklamalar, T.C. Diyanet Isleri Baskanligi'nin "Hadislerle Islam" adli eserinden faydalanilarak derlenmistir. Bu iceriklerin fikri mulkiyet haklari ilgili kuruma aittir.

- Namaz Vakti API: Aladhan API (MIT License)
6.3. Kullanici Icerikleri

7. Servis Kullanilabilirligi
7.1. Hizmet Garantisi

- Bakim, guncelleme veya teknik sorunlar nedeniyle kesintiler olabilir
- Internet baglantisi gerektiren ozellikler, baglanti olmadan calismaz
7.2. Ozellik Degisiklikleri
- Ozellikler ekleyebilir, kaldirabilir veya degistirebiliriz
- Onemli degisiklikler icin bildirim yapilir
- Beta ozellikleri kararsiz olabilir
8. Ucuncu Taraf Baglantilar
Uygulama, ucuncu taraf web sitelerine veya servislere baglantilar icerebilir:
- Aladhan API (namaz vakitleri)
- Quran.com (mushaf goruntuleme)
- Firebase (kimlik dogrulama, veritabani)
Bu servislerin gizlilik politikalarini okumanizi oneririz. Onlarin iceriklerinden sorumlu degiliz.
9. Abonelik, Ucretlendirme ve Iptal
9.1. Ucretsiz Ozellikler
- Namaz vakitleri, bildirimler, temel Kur'an okuma, temel dua/zikir ve kible yonu ucretsizdir
- Reklamsiz deneyim
9.2. Minara Premium Abonelik
Minara Premium, aylik ve yillik otomatik yenilenen abonelik planlari sunar. Guncel fiyatlar uygulama icindeki abonelik ekraninda ve App Store urun sayfasinda goruntulenir.
9.3. Odeme
- Odeme, Apple ID hesabinizdan tahsil edilir.
- Satin alma islemi onaylandiginda odeme gerceklestirilir.
- Fiyatlar bulundugunuz ulkeye ve para birimine gore degisebilir.
9.4. Ucretsiz Deneme Suresi
- Uygun kullanicilar icin 7 gunluk ucretsiz deneme sunulabilir.
- Ucretsiz deneme suresi dolmadan en az 24 saat once iptal etmezseniz, aboneliginiz otomatik olarak ucretli plana donusur.
- Kullanilmayan ucretsiz deneme suresi, abonelik satin alindiginda sona erer.
9.5. Otomatik Yenileme
- Aboneliginiz, mevcut donemin bitiminden en az 24 saat once iptal etmediginiz surece otomatik olarak yenilenir.
- Yenileme ucreti, mevcut donemin bitmesinden 24 saat once Apple ID hesabinizdan tahsil edilir.
- Yenileme ucreti, mevcut abonelik planinin ucretiyle aynidir (fiyat degisiklikleri onceden bildirilir).
9.6. Iptal ve Yonetim
- Aboneliginizi istediginiz zaman iptal edebilirsiniz.
- Iptal etmek icin: iPhone/iPad Ayarlar → [Adiniz] → Abonelikler → Minara Premium → Aboneligi Iptal Et
- Iptal isleminden sonra abonelik, mevcut odeme donemin sonuna kadar aktif kalir.
- Iptal sonrasi iade yapilmaz; kalan sure boyunca premium ozelliklere erisim devam eder.
9.7. Satin Alimlari Geri Yukleme
- Yeni bir cihaza gectiginizde veya uygulamayi yeniden yukediginizde, aboneliginizi "Satin Alimlari Geri Yukle" butonu ile kurtarabilirsiniz.
- Geri yukleme, ayni Apple ID ile yapilan tum aktif abonelikleri tanir.

10. Sorumluluk Reddi ve Sinirlamalar
10.1. Namaz Vakti ve Kible Hassasiyeti
- Teknik sinirlamalar: GPS ve sensor dogrulugu cihaza baglidir
- Onerilerimiz: Yerel camiye veya diyanet verilerine danisin
- Alternatif kaynaklar kullanin: Son karar size aittir
10.2. Dini Icerik Fetvasi Degildir
- Uygulama, sadece bilgilendirme amaclidir
- Fetvalar, resmi din kurumlarindan alinmalidir
- Dini sorulariniz icin uzmanlara basvurun
10.3. Genel Sorumluluk Sinirlamasi
Yasalarin izin verdigi olcude, sunlardan sorumlu degiliz:
- Veri kaybi (yedek alin)
- Dolayli, ozel veya cezai zararlar
- Ucuncu taraf hizmetlerinin kesintileri
Maksimum sorumlulugumuz: Son 12 ayda odediginiz ucret veya 100 USD (hangisi dusukse)
11. Tazminat
Asagidaki durumlardan dogacak taleplere karsi bizi korumayi kabul edersiniz:
- Bu kosullari ihlal etmeniz
- Yasalara aykiri kullanim
- Diger kullanicilarin haklarini ihlal
- Ucuncu taraflara zarar vermeniz
12. Fesih ve Sonlandirma
12.1. Tarafinizdan Sonlandirma
- Hesabinizi istediginiz zaman silebilirsiniz
- Profil → "Hesabi Sil" secenegi
- 30 gun icinde kalici olarak silinir
12.2. Tarafimizdan Sonlandirma
Asagidaki durumlarda hesabinizi kapatma hakkimiz vardir:
- Bu kosullari ciddi ihlal
- 2 yil boyunca hesaba giris yapilmamasi
- Yasal zorunluluk
Sonlandirma durumunda: Verileriniz 30 gun icinde silinir, erisim hemen kesilir.

1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to the Minara app ("App", "Service", "we", "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of the app and constitute a legal agreement between you and us.
By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Definitions
- App: The Minara mobile application available on iOS and Android platforms
- User/You: The individual using the App
- Account: The user profile created to sign in to the App
- Content: Religious content such as verses, duas, hadiths, and user-generated data
- Service: All features and functions offered by the App
3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App
- Users aged 13-18 may use it with parental consent
- Users over 18 have full access
- If we determine that you violate the age requirement, your account may be closed
4. Account Creation and Security
4.1. Account Registration
- You can register with Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, or phone number
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Each user may only create one account
- You may not register with false identity or another person's information
4.2. Security Responsibilities
- You are responsible: Account security is your responsibility
- Report suspicious activity to us immediately
- Do not share your account with others
- Remember to sign out from shared devices
4.3. Account Suspension/Closure
We may suspend or permanently close your account in the following cases:
- Violation of these terms
- Illegal activities
- Harmful behavior towards other users
- Actions that threaten the stability of the App
5. Acceptable Use
5.1. Permitted Activities
- Personal worship tracking
- Checking prayer times
- Reading the Quran
- Using duas and dhikrs
- Finding qibla direction
5.2. Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering: Attempting to extract the app's source code
- Misuse: Overloading APIs, sending spam
- Content theft: Unauthorized copying of app content
- Hacking: Attempting to bypass security measures
- Hate speech: Discrimination, insults, or threats
- Fake accounts: Creating multiple or bot accounts
- Commercial use: Unauthorized commercial use of the App
Violations may result in immediate account closure without warning.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1. Our Content
- App design, logo, code, and interface belong to us
- User interface, colors, and fonts are protected by copyright
- License: We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to use
6.2. Third-Party Content
- Hadith and Explanations: Hadith texts and thematic explanations in the app are compiled from the "Hadislerle Islam" publication by the Turkish Presidency of Religious Affairs (Diyanet). Intellectual property rights belong to the respective institution.
- Translations: Open-source databases and Diyanet translations
- Prayer Time API: Aladhan API (MIT License)
6.3. User Content
- Personal prayer tracking, notes, favorites belong to you
- You grant us a limited license to display this content within the Service
- You can delete your content at any time
7. Service Availability
7.1. Service Guarantee
- Provided "as is": We do not guarantee it will be error-free
- Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- Features requiring internet will not work without a connection
7.2. Feature Changes
- We may add, remove, or change features
- Notifications will be provided for significant changes
- Beta features may be unstable
8. Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services:
- Aladhan API (prayer times)
- Quran.com (mushaf display)
- Firebase (authentication, database)
We recommend reading their privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content.
9. Subscriptions, Pricing and Cancellation
9.1. Free Features
- Prayer times, notifications, basic Quran reading, basic duas/dhikr, and qibla direction are free
- Ad-free experience
9.2. Minara Premium Subscription
Minara Premium offers monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscription plans. Current prices are displayed on the subscription screen within the App and on the App Store product page.
9.3. Payment
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
- Payment is processed upon confirmation of purchase.
- Prices may vary based on your country and currency.
9.4. Free Trial
- A 7-day free trial may be available for eligible users.
- If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
9.5. Auto-Renewal
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- The renewal charge is the same as the current subscription plan price (price changes will be notified in advance).
9.6. Cancellation and Management
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- To cancel: iPhone/iPad Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Minara Premium → Cancel Subscription
- After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- No refund is provided for the remaining period after cancellation; premium features remain accessible until the period ends.
9.7. Restore Purchases
- When switching to a new device or reinstalling the app, you can recover your subscription using the "Restore Purchases" button.
- Restore recognizes all active subscriptions made with the same Apple ID.
9.8. Refund Policy
10. Disclaimers and Limitations
10.1. Prayer Time and Qibla Accuracy
- Technical limitations: GPS and sensor accuracy depends on the device
- Our recommendations: Consult your local mosque or religious authority
- Use alternative sources: The final decision is yours
10.2. Religious Content Is Not a Fatwa
- The App is for informational purposes only
- Fatwas should be obtained from official religious institutions
- Consult experts for your religious questions
10.3. General Liability Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:
- Data loss (back up your data)
- Indirect, special, or punitive damages
- Third-party service interruptions
Maximum liability: The amount you paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD (whichever is less)
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from:
- Your violation of these terms
- Unlawful use
- Violation of other users' rights
- Harm to third parties
12. Termination
12.1. Termination by You
- You can delete your account at any time
- Profile → "Delete Account" option
- Permanently deleted within 30 days
12.2. Termination by Us
We reserve the right to close your account in the following cases:
- Serious violation of these terms
- No account login for 2 years
- Legal obligation
Upon termination: Your data is deleted within 30 days, access is revoked immediately.
13. Dispute Resolution
13.1. Governing Law

- Ankara Courts have jurisdiction

13.3. EU Users
