Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("EULA", "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and AxonArk ("we", "our") regarding the use of the Minara application ("App", "Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License Grant

1.1. Scope

We grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-transferable license under the following conditions:

Permitted Uses

• Installing on your personal device
• Personal worship tracking
• Sharing with family members (same household)
• Educational use

Prohibited Uses

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing the App
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
• Using or selling for commercial purposes
• Renting, licensing, or sublicensing to third parties
• Creating modified versions of the App

2. Ownership

2.1. Copyright

• The App and all its components are the property of AxonArk
• Design, logo, code, interface, and content are protected by copyright
• This license grants you usage rights only, not ownership

2.2. Trademarks

• "Minara" name and logo are our registered trademarks
• Unauthorized use is prohibited

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1. Payment

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account.
• Payment is processed upon confirmation of purchase.
• Prices may vary based on your country and currency.

3.2. Free Trial

• A 7-day free trial may be available for eligible users.
• If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

3.3. Auto-Renewal

• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• The renewal charge is the same as the current subscription plan price (price changes will be notified in advance).

3.4. Cancellation and Management

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• To cancel: iPhone/iPad Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Minara Premium → Cancel Subscription
• After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is provided for the remaining period after cancellation; premium features remain accessible until the period ends.

3.5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.
• You may request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Free Features

The following core features are provided free of charge:

• Prayer times and notifications
• Basic Quran reading
• Basic duas and dhikr
• Qibla direction
• Hijri calendar

5. Updates and Support

• The App may update automatically
• Declining updates may cause the App to stop functioning
• Notifications will be sent for significant changes

6. Data and Privacy

This license should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. Please review our privacy policy for detailed information.

7. Content and Ownership

7.1. App Content

• Quran Text: Public domain
• Translations: Diyanet, Elmalili (public domain)
• Hadiths: Open source databases and Diyanet "Hadislerle Islam" collection
• Interface and Design: Owned by AxonArk (copyright protected)

7.2. User Content

• Personal prayer tracking, notes, favorites belong to you
• You may delete or export them at any time

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranty:

• No guarantee of uninterrupted operation
• No guarantee of error-free operation
• Prayer times are approximate values — consult local authorities or scholars
• Qibla direction depends on device sensors
• The App does not provide fatwas or official religious opinions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Data loss or device damage
• Loss of worship data
• Incorrect prayer times or qibla information
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages

Maximum liability: The amount you paid in the last 12 months or USD 100, whichever is less.

10. License Term and Termination

10.1. Term

This license is valid for as long as you use the App. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the App.

10.2. Automatic Termination

Your license automatically terminates if you:

• Violate this EULA
• Engage in illegal activities
• Misuse the App

10.3. Post-Termination

Upon termination, you must delete the App immediately. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it separately (Settings → Subscriptions).

11. Governing Law

• This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey
• Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara
• GDPR rights are preserved for EU users

12. Changes

• We may update this EULA at any time
• 30 days advance notice for significant changes
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance

14. Acceptance

• You have read and understood this agreement

By using the App, you are deemed to have accepted this EULA.
